Our Cream Shadows are extremely pigmented, smooth, blendable and waterproof & smudge resistant once completely dry! Use the Loose Pigment on top of the Cream Shadow for an intense look and longer wear. The Loose Pigment on top of the Cream Shadow acts as a pigmented setting powder.
